My Journey
After nearly two decades in healthcare, burnout pushed me to pivot—boldly—into the construction industry. Instead of starting at the bottom, I stepped into a leadership role where I guided teams and drove operations. Though I didn’t know the details of construction at first, I leveraged transferable skills—leadership, empathy, and communication—to excel.
Through that shift, I discovered that leadership isn’t about mastering technical knowledge—it’s about empowering others to thrive. That mindset transformed not just my career, but my team’s success. And that is real success.
Why I Do What I Do
That journey taught me something essential: women deserve to lead in construction—and when equipped with confidence and communication skills, they lead with authority and impact. Now, I help women in construction build unshakable confidence, advocate for themselves, and step into leadership roles where they’re truly respected—without sacrificing their time or values.
